Produto bastante sólido no geral. Imagens e recursos de boa qualidade. A conexão sem fio é boa. As visualizações abdominais são bastante claras e comparáveis às das máquinas mais caras. Duas questões para aqueles que trabalham em ambientes de UTI são:

1. A configuração do pulmão, por algum motivo, não fornece imagens de qualidade e é muito difícil apreciar o deslizamento pleural, se for o caso. Comparei o EagleView com a máquina Sonosite no mesmo paciente ao mesmo tempo. As linhas B também são mais difíceis de distinguir e parecem mais desfocadas.

2. A sonda curvilínea não é tão pequena quanto a sonda cardíaca no Sonosite, o que dificulta o foco nas visualizações cardíacas, pois a sonda captura um campo maior (incluindo mais sombras de costelas perifericamente, o que pode causar distração).

Ainda não usei para colocar uma linha, mas o cenário vascular tem imagens de ótima qualidade e acho que funcionaria muito bem.

é um dispositivo prático, útil e barato

Apreciei muito o POCUS Eagleview, especialmente para o estudo do sistema musculoesquelético. Parecia muito manejável mesmo para os distritos abdominais e com excelente renderização de imagem. Um pouco decepcionado com a parte vascular, pois esperava poder gravar o traçado doppler, organizando a imagem colorida ao mesmo tempo. Mas isso talvez seja uma limitação dos dispositivos desta categoria (não tive a oportunidade de experimentar os da concorrência). Muito rápido, o acoplamento Wifi entre a sonda e o smartphone/tablet. O carregamento sem fio é satisfatório. Estou satisfeito com a compra. Estou anexando o estudo de uma bursite anserina.
